Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • All artwork, prints, and custom-made pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable after an order is confirmed.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect size or color selection
    • Buyer’s remorse

2. Order Cancellations

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled as our artists and suppliers begin processing it immediately.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Contact Email] with photos of the damage.
  • We will assess the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit (at our discretion).

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your order is significantly delayed, contact us, and we will assist in tracking your package.
  • If an item is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

5. Custom & Commissioned Artwork

  • All custom and commissioned artwork is final sale, with no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required for commissioned work.
